This Privacy Policy explains how BizFundPro ("BizFundPro," "we," "us") collects, uses, shares, and protects information when you visit our website, use our calculators, or apply for financing through us.

BizFundPro is a financial technology company, not a bank. We help businesses find financing and pass applications to participating lending partners, who make the credit decisions. Each lending partner has its own privacy policy, which applies once it receives your application.

By using our website or submitting an application, you agree to the practices described here.

Information you give us when you apply or contact us:

• Contact details: name, email address, phone number, and mailing address.
• Business details: legal business name, entity type, EIN, industry, time in business, revenue, and existing debts.
• Owner details: date of birth, home address, ownership percentage, and Social Security number, which lenders need to verify identity and check credit.
• Financial records: bank statements, tax returns, and other documents you upload.
• Property details for HELOC applications: property address, estimated value, and mortgage balance.
• Anything you include when you email or message us.

Information collected automatically when you use the site:

• Device and browser type, IP address, and approximate location.
• Pages visited, links clicked, and the page that referred you, including any referral or representative code in the link.
• Cookies and similar technologies, described below.

Information from other sources: consumer and business credit reports, identity verification services, public records, and the lending partners and referral partners you were introduced through.

• To review your application and match you with financing options.
• To verify your identity and prevent fraud.
• To send your application to lending partners and follow up on its status.
• To contact you about your application, including by phone, email, and text message.
• To credit the correct representative or referral partner.
• To run, secure, and improve our website and calculators.
• To meet legal, regulatory, and recordkeeping obligations.

When you submit an application, you authorize us and our lending partners to obtain consumer and business credit reports about you and the business owners named in the application. A pre-qualification check may use a soft inquiry, which does not affect your credit score. A lender may run a hard inquiry before approving financing, which can.

We use credit information only for evaluating your application, as permitted by the Fair Credit Reporting Act.

We share information only as needed to process your application and run our business:

• Lending partners, so they can review your application and offer financing.
• Service providers that host our website, process forms, store documents, verify identity, and send communications. They may use the information only to provide services to us.
• Credit bureaus and verification services, to confirm the information you provide.
• The referral partner or representative who introduced you, to the extent needed to track the referral.
• Government agencies, courts, or others when required by law, or to protect our rights and prevent fraud.
• A buyer or successor if our business is sold or merged, subject to this policy.

If you give us your phone number, we and our lending partners may contact you about your application by call or text message, which may use automated technology. Message and data rates may apply. Consent to these messages is not a condition of getting financing.

You can opt out of text messages at any time by replying STOP. To stop calls or marketing emails, use the unsubscribe link in the email or contact us using the details below. We may still send messages required to complete an application you have already started.

We use cookies and similar technologies to keep the site working, remember your preferences, attribute referrals, and understand how visitors use the site. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings; some features may not work without them.

Our site does not currently respond to "Do Not Track" browser signals.

We use administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect your information, including encryption in transit, access controls limiting who can see application data, and vendors held to security obligations. No system is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

BizFundPro will never ask for your online banking password, and will never ask for a payment or fee to release approved funds. If you receive a request like that claiming to be from us, do not respond, and contact us using the details below.

We keep application information for as long as needed to process your application and meet legal, tax, and regulatory recordkeeping requirements, and then delete or de-identify it.

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to:

• Ask what personal information we hold about you.
• Ask us to correct information that is inaccurate.
• Ask us to delete your information, subject to legal recordkeeping requirements.
• Opt out of marketing communications.

Residents of California and other states with consumer privacy laws may have additional rights under those laws. Some information collected for business financing, or covered by the Gramm-Leach-Bliley Act, may be exempt from those laws.

Our services are meant for business owners aged 18 and older. We do not knowingly collect information from children.

We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we will change the effective date at the top of this page. Significant changes will be posted on the site.
